2008 E-550 Repurchase

This client purchased a 2008 E-550 that was sold to her under the representation that it was new. However, the sales documents stated that the vehicle was used. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle. She drove this beautiful E-550 vehicle for over one year. However, she was not happy with the fact that the car was ”used” when she bought it under the impression that the car was new.
